SOMNIUS HABITAT;
Our first Residential Complex in Limassol region. Residential benchmark – for a new era! The complex is situated in Sotira village, only 9 minutes away from Limassol city center and at the same time away from all the noise and bustle of the city.
Sotira Village has an altitude of 290m above sea level and the landscape of the area has a slope towards it. Considering the climate conditions and its uniqueness, being the last pine site of the Limassol district, the micro-society and the flexibility of the location, we had no doubt that out of the 6 possible locations studied, to lay our first foundations in the Sotira village, marking a new era.
